Every Shorter Course in SoCal That's Now Eligible for Score Posting

April 12, 2024

The SCGA recently rated over 50 shorter courses as part of the 2024 revisions to the World Handicap System that now make courses as short as 750 yards (9-holes) and 1,500 yards (18-holes) eligible for a Course Rating™ and Slope Rating™. Golfers who frequent these courses can now enjoy the benefits of a Handicap Index to track their game. These changes also accommodate the growing number of short courses being built and existing clubs adding shorter tees to their facilities.
